An authoritative third-party expert arrived, directly inspecting TSV processing technology flow

On 2025.08.06, TSV is currently preparing to enter the petroleum web in Chile. In response to the demands of the end clients, an authoritative third-party organization conducts an on-site inspection at TSV factory. This factory inspection aims to comprehensively assess the enterprises' compliance in areas such as production management, quality control, supply chain management, environmental health and safety (EHS), and social responsibility.

TSV is a professional valve manufacturer and attaches great importance to every step in the production process: Surface treatment→Material lifting and transportation→Laying-off→Machine part processing→Welding→Cleaning→Assemble→Pressure testing→Pre-paint treatment→Painting→Packaging→Delivery for shipment. The experts conducted meticulous checks on the process equipment, process operation procedures, as well as related documents for each process. The experts also gave full recognition to the professionalism of the enterprise's production process. Furthermore, TSV attaches great importance to the quality control of valves in each process too. The experts specifically inspected the rough material area, waste area, product area and processing area, checking our unfinished products, semi-finished products and finished valves.
